• An opportunity to learn about the new appraisal process and documentation
• The session will include guidance on planning for your own appraisal and conducting an appraisal if you are a line manager
• We will look at the link between pay progression and appraisals
• We will cover developing objectives and a personal development plan using the Trust templates

Suitable for all Trust staff on Agenda for Change terms and conditions (excludes medical staffing)
