Trial Master File (TMF) is a central repository of all "essential documents" generated during a clinical trial. The main purpose of the TMF is to provide the "story" of the trial so it can be evaluated by auditors or regulatory inspectors from the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency).
